I'm Lacey, the founder of Gather & Grow Family Consulting — and I believe that every family, in all its beautiful configurations, deserves knowledgeable, affirming support from the very beginning.

With a Master's degree in Special Education, years of experience supporting children with disabilities, and training as a birth and postpartum doula, I bring a rare combination of expertise to the families I serve. I specialize in queer-affirming family support, disability advocacy, and birth work — walking alongside you through some of life's most meaningful moments.
